Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of principal supervision in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Bone.This research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Bone. Sources of data in this study were principals, vice principals and teacher. Data collecton technique in the from f interviews and documentation. the date analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions checking the valoidity of the data using friangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the principal’s academic supersion at SMA Negeri 6 Bone in improving teacher performance is to carry out a supervision program, determine schedules and make research instruments so that the process of implementing academic supervision is moreregular and clear. Furthermore, the implementation of the princlpol’s academic supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Bone in improving teacher performance is guiding teachers when experiencing difficulties in the teaching and learning process, conducting class visits to see how prepared teachers are in teaching and learning and checking the lesson implementation plan (RPP) every year. The teacher and the last is the evaluation/follow up that is carried out by the principal at SMA Negeri 6 Bone after carrying outacademic supervision is to discuss the results of teacher erross be corrected, then the principal provides guidance to teachers, both direct and indirect coaching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what Teacher Management Professional Training Management looks like in SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. The data sources of researchers are Wakasek Curriculum, Teacher and Teacher BK. and the archive at the research location. Data collection procedures used are interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display ,. The results of this study indicate that: The management of this teacher professionalism training includes MGMP training which is an activity to improve professionalism competence as professional educators and develop the quality of education. Teachers must perform optimally and with all efforts to make their students achieve the expected goals. So this paper tries to discuss the management of teacher professionalism training which includes MGMP training as an institution that seeks to produce professional teachers. Besides that, to carry out his professionalism as a professional teacher is his creativity and innovation. Management Teacher professionalism training in Makassar 17 Public Middle School improves the quality of being a professional teacher. Based on good management and management, this training will run according to the desired goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore competence that has the existing school administration administration of the SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur administration and the supporting factors and competence increases the existing school administration administration of SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive type of research. The study is conducted at the SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur. The source of the data in this study is the principal, the school administration and the teacher. Data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. Data verification checking using the triulation technique. Research indicates that the school administration at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur already has personality competence, social competence, managerial competence but still lack technical competence. In turn, contributing factors include experience and motivation in work. The inhibitors are the lack of the tools and training for school administration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the school committee at SMP Negeri 3 Sinjai Barat. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. The data collection technique was done by means of observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study found that the role of the school committee has not been implemented according to Permendikbud Number 75 of 2016 concerning school committees. The results show that the role of the school committee in giving consideration in determining and implementing policies has not been maximally implemented in terms of educational policies and programs, RAPBS / RKAS, school performance criteria, criteria for educational facilities, criteria for school cooperation with other parties. The role of the committee in raising funds and other educational resources has not been implemented due to the limited understanding of the school committee regarding its role as a supporter of the financial or school financial aspects, the same thing was found for the aspect of monitoring educational services, the results of the study found that the role of the committee had not been implemented optimally. . The committee has not followed up on complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and aspirations from students, parents / guardians, and the community, this is conveyed directly by the community to the school without going through the school committee.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts of the principal in improving teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era of covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara and to describe the form of teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era of covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara. The research approach used is qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data source in this study is the Principal as a key informant, deputy principal and educator as a related supporting informant at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research showed that the efforts made by the principal in improving teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara has been going well. This is demonstrated by the various efforts made by the principal through: Training, meetings, supervision, evaluation, and rewarding and punishment. The form of teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara in the form of a video that is created to be more interesting so that students are more interested.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan budaya sekolah yang ada di Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Pulai Perdana (SKSPP) Johor Bahru Malaysia khususnya dari aspek kasat mata (visual) baik dari visual verbal dan visual material. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana budaya sekolah di SKSPP Johor Bahru Malaysia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan budaya sekolah yang ada di SKSPP Johor Bahru Malaysia. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Pulai Perdana Johor Bahru Malaysia. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru besar (kepala sekolah), guru penolong kanan pentadbiran (wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum), guru-guru, dan murid. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek budaya sekolah visual material struktur bangunan SKSPP sangat tertata dan memiliki fasilitas sekolah yang lengkap sehingga sangat mendukung penerapan budaya sekolah. Sudut-sudut sekolah diberikan hiasan dan semboyan dengan tema mata pelajaran serta disajikan dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Pemanfaatan seragam sekolah berupa rompi di SKSPP digunakan sebagai pembeda antara murid yang memiliki tanggung jawab dan tugas khusus. Penerapan budaya dari aspek visual verbal juga berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan penjabaran visi misi sekolah yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan Malaysia melalui berbagai program sekolah untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual, intelektual, dan moral yang dimiliki murid. Hadiah dan sanksi juga diberikan kepada murid dan guru yang berprestasi. Upacara dilakukan dengan khidmat dan penuh makna. Program sifar tong sampah untuk membina sikap dalam menjaga kebersihan. Lost and found box membina sikap kejujuran. Memberikan nasihat membina sikap disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine and describe implementation of madrasah culture in perspective of character education. The method used in this research was qualitative by using the type of phenomenology research. This research was conducted at Madrasah Negeri 3 Luwu. Sources of data in this research were the principal, curriculum coordinator and teachers of Madrasah Negeri 3 Luwu. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity check of the data using triangulation. The result showed that the values of character education is integrated various structural aspects. The use of structural functional elements in implementing character education is an effort to supervise and guide the development of madrasah culture, in this case related to the internalization of character education values for madrasah academicians, especially the students. The implementation of madrasah culture in the perspective of character education through cultural approach that includes the behaviour of madrasah academicians, traditions, habits and cultural symbols is corresponding with the vision, the mission, and the purpose of madrasah and suitable with the effort of madrasah to build positive culture the behaviour of madrasah academicians have been applied to the values of character education which are entrenched as a result of integration into daily activities and tradition of Madrasah academicians through habituation efforts. In addition, Madrasah culture in the perspective of character education is also found in the cultural result that becomes symbol in the form of building and classroom arrangements and uniforms.
